Christina McPhee (US) works in transmedia landscape installations involving painting, print, net art, and sound. At her website, http://www.naxsmash.net/, a subliminal psyche sends notes from behind the screen. Projects on electronic architecture and poetics are at http://www.christinamcphee.net. Christina has presented her work in live performance and installation internationally in the past three years, most recently at the 'back-up' new media festival, Bauhaus-University Weimar 2003, and at the Victoria Film Festival, 2004. She will also present in 2004 at the Incubation 3/Trace Conference on Writing and the Internet, Nottingham Trent University. Christina lives and works in California. A new project, merz-city, is in progress.
